🏡 More choices. Steady demand. A more balanced Houston housing market.

July brought some encouraging signs for both buyers and sellers across the Greater Houston area!

📈 Single-family home sales were up 1.6% compared to last July
🏠 Active listings reached a record 40,750 homes
💰 The median sales price held steady at $340,000
📊 Inventory increased to a 5.5-month supply

Buyers: You have more options and potentially more negotiating flexibility than we’ve seen in recent years.

Sellers: Buyers are still active, but with more homes competing for their attention, pricing and presentation matter more than ever.
