On behalf of everyone here at Texas Sage Properties, we want to extend a warm "thank you" to Mike McGee, MBA and Vice President, of Commercial Lending at First Community Credit Union for stopping by today and for breakfast. Mike recently made a great impression at one of our closings, so we invited him in to meet the team and to learn more about him and his products. He helped us to better understand the difference in rates and terms with a credit union vs. a traditional bank lender and how he can add value to a commercial deal. It's always a huge benefit for us to learn of more ways in which we can also add value and make things easier for our commercial buyers.
