Another 5 Star review from a client for one of my inspections this week. Check all the 5 Star reviews for American Property Inspections of Texas on Google.
APITX did a thorough inspection for my first home. Rod was personable and walked me through the whole inspection, what each item needing addressed meant, what the impacts would potentially be, and described what the importance was for each item found. He also described where my water shutoff was, how to re-light the furnace pilot, how it could be shutoff, where the drains went and what they signified. I left the inspection not only knowing what needed to be fixed but also how to winterize my sprinkler system, how to tell if main items were wrong with the AC/water heater/electrical systems. He was patient with me, as I have never owned a home and let me observe the entire process. This was fantastic and gave me the tools I need to ensure the priority items are fixed and to know what the impacts are for items that I may have to address myself down the road. He took photos of every item up close and further away for ease of those using the report to finalize the home and he listed them in a thorough report. He even sent the report the same day so that the builder could get a head start on the items. I highly recommend APITX! Thank you again, Rod!
