This FREE one-day collection event offers a secure, contactless way to protect personal information and keep recyclable paper out of landfills. Documents will be shredded on-site.

Tub Tuesday 🛁

Throwback edition.

This photo was taken during a home tour a while back and clearly it was a colder day since I was still wearing my ski coat. Sometimes when you’re out looking at homes you just have to commit to the Tub Tuesday moment.

This tub definitely had a unique shape and plenty of room, even with shoes and a jacket apparently.

One of the fun things about touring homes is coming across features you don’t see every day.

Tub Tuesday 🛁

This one was in Grogan’s Mill in The Woodlands. Homes here were built in the 70s and you’ll find some really interesting layouts and design choices that you don’t see as often in newer homes.

This tub was actually in the primary bedroom, which definitely caught my attention while touring the house.

One of the things I love about Grogan’s Mill is the personality in the homes. Many of them have unique features and architectural details that make each one feel a little different from the next.

Tub Tuesday 🛁

After a full day at a baseball tournament in College Station, my friend insisted I needed to take a Tub Tuesday photo in her bathtub. So naturally I did. Shoutout to with SWBC for the giant setting for our pic.

She’s a loan officer who specializes in VA loans and we’ve been talking about doing an informational video together soon. Stay tuned for that.

I’ll be honest… this one caught me off guard.

February closed out with me landing at #58 company-wide in a huge company of at Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

But if you know me, you also know this… I’m not here just to “make the list.”

I want to show up again next month.
Stronger. Smarter. More intentional.

Tub Tuesday 🛁

This one was taken at a friend’s wedding at a beautiful Mexican hacienda. Not your typical bathtub setup but it definitely made for a memorable photo.

Tile work like this always catches my eye. It has so much character and feels like part of the architecture instead of just a bathroom feature.

Also yes, that is a glass of wine. It seemed appropriate for the occasion.

Working toward my Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation today! Lots of schooling this week!

The class focuses on how global real estate works at the local level. Different countries, currencies, legal systems, and cultural expectations all impact how international buyers and sellers approach real estate.

Why does this matter in The Woodlands?
Because our community attracts professionals from all over the world through energy, healthcare, and global business.

Understanding international relocation is part of serving clients well in a global market.
