Great way to start the new year! Congratulation to my client, I love the layout of this home and that lighting in that office! We were able to scoop up this beauty and get it under contract quickly, "just in time for his vacation"! One of the most unique and breathtaking property’s I’ve seen so far! This home was absolutely astonishing! The best part is that I got to help some truly great friends purchase it! It was the most rewarding feeling to see them both excited and smiling on the walk through before closing. Even with all of the chaos right now it still only took 30 days to close on the home!
