***PLEASE NOTE*** All privately ordered appraisals are considered "non-lending" appraisals and are an independent valuation only. If you are working with a lender, they will be required to hire another appraiser to comply with appraisal independence protocol.

If you sold a home or have a property within an estate and need to find a cost basis based on a particular date - I can help you with that! This would be called a retrospective appraisal based on a particular date. I have some low cost options available depending on the type of property OR can perform a full report for non-lending use.
