Real talk: I met with a new client yesterday and showed her 2 homes. One of them checked all her boxes but wasn’t in her desirable location and the other home was in her desirable location, but not at all what she wanted.
I showed her around town. I walked her through what she could do if she saved some money and how she could make it her own. I helped her envision what she could do with both and how they could both benefit her lifestyle.
