Bayfront gives you boating access, sunsets, protected water, and often significantly larger lots.

I’ve had buyers choose bayfront over oceanfront because they spend more time on the boat than on the beach.

One thing I’ve noticed after spending the last few years in Lavallette is how strong the sense of community is here.

Whether I’m hosting an open house, showing properties, or just talking with homeowners and neighbors, people genuinely know each other. Neighbors become friends. Families come back year after year. There’s a real connection to the town.

It’s one of the reasons so many people fall in love with Lavallette and why so many never want to leave.
