The real estate market here at the Jersey Shore is still holding strong—but shifting in some interesting ways this spring!

👉 In Ocean County, home values are holding steady around the mid-$400Ks–$500Ks, with prices up about 3–4% year-over-year and homes taking a bit longer to sell compared to last year.

👉 In Monmouth County, prices remain higher, with a median around $799K, and values continuing to rise about 2–4% year-over-year despite limited inventory.

💡 What does this mean?
