(ECE) is a group of professional engineers, surveyors, and planners that through their varied backgrounds and diversified abilities can optimize the design by applying various innovative ideas to produce a cost effective and easy to construct project. ECE specializes in obtaining NJDEP CAFRA Permits, Waterfront Development Permits, Tidelands Licenses & Grants. CAFRA permits are required for single

family residential project located on or near natural tidal waterways as well as other larger and more complex projects. ECE can prepare the required plans, applications and support documents to obtain a CAFRA permit quickly and efficiently. Our staff of engineers, surveyors, planners, certified floodplain managers and support staff allows ECE to submit applications swiftly to get you moving ahead quickly with your construction or reconstruction plans. ECE has primarily worked in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, although our contacts and general knowledge of state law allows us to produce our high quality survey and engineering work throughout the state of New Jersey. Through our experiences we have a good rapport with the staff of many local planning boards, and review agencies.

Hey Gang. I waited to make this announcement until I got confirmation all the way around.

TOMORROW!!!! HALLOWEEN

We will NOT be open in STR.

INSTEAD we will be setting up operation DOWNTOWN for the Halloween Parade. We will be located at 508 Mains St. We will have a very limited menu selection but it will be a good selection for the parade.

I want to thank East Coast Engineering, Inc. For allowing us to use space on their property to serve everyone. I also want to thank my friend Jen and her brother Brian for offering us their driveway as well.
