My client is filling out the application now, but I did want to give you a little background beforehand. He is currently going through a divorce, which has impacted his credit, but he recently sold his home and does have funds available. He is employed, can provide an employment letter, and can also provide a letter of reference from his current landlord. He is prepared to provide the security deposit along with additional rent upfront if needed. He’s looking for a stable place for himself and his children and is very interested in the property. He is currently in a winter rental that ends in mid-June, so he is looking to secure something long term fairly quickly.

By God’s grace and through His strength, I officially closed my very first transaction, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
