It’s been hard to post everything we’re up to so here’s a quickie:

- 1 listing U/C
- 1 client rescheduled an inspection due to illness so requesting inspection contingency extension
- 1 clients offer accepted last night and opened AR today
- 1 clients offer accepted waiting on executed paperwork
- 1 listing appt coming up

Is it just me or does it all happen at once? Does this mean I’ll have no business in 2 months? Maybe I’ll schedule a vacation right when I think I’ll be slow just for the real estate gods to send me business when I’m away right 🤣🤣

📣CALLING ALL REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS

Please help me combat this question that I constantly get! “Before making an offer what did they buy it for?” … WHOA they bought it for THAT and they think they can get THIS for it!?

I remind clients that it doesn’t really matter what sellers spent on their houses the market is constantly changing and evolving and the current market is what prices the house! And I show them comps. What am I missing?

And “if you sold your house today but you bought it for XYZ 5 years ago you’re saying you would let it go for 50% more?” Of course the answer is HELL NO!!
