This inspector showed up with more gadgets than a Ghostbuster! 👻🔦
One machine looked like it was ready to capture ghosts, but thankfully it was just helping my buyers get a better understanding of the home. 😆
A home inspection isn’t just about checking outlets and opening windows. My clients chose additional inspections to make sure they had as much information as possible before moving forward.
✅ Mold Air Sampling – Tests the indoor air quality and checks for elevated mold spore levels that may not be visible to the naked eye.
✅ Thermal Imaging Inspection – Uses infrared technology to detect hidden issues such as moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, air leaks, and potential electrical concerns that may not show up during a standard inspection.
Knowledge is power when buying a home, and it’s always better to uncover potential issues before closing day than after move-in day!

No ghosts were found during this inspection… but we did find peace of mind. 👻🏡

🏡 We’re UNDER CONTRACT…
What Does That Mean? 🏡

When a home is under contract, it means the seller has accepted an offer and both parties have signed an agreement to move forward with the sale, and Attorney review has been concluded 🎉

The transaction isn’t complete just yet! There are still important steps ahead, such as inspections, appraisal, financing, and other possible contingencies before reaching the closing table.

Had a great time attending Cocktails & Conversations: Real Estate in a Changing Market hosted by Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® at B2 Bistro!

A big thank you to the panelists Sarah Campbell, Deb Henderson, Darren Pecoraro, and Christina “Tina” Caggiano for sharing their knowledge and experience.
