🏡 Once registered, you can receive an alert when a document matching your registered property or name information is recorded with the County Clerk.

The service doesn’t prevent fraud, but it can give you an early warning so you can act quickly if something doesn’t look right.

It’s FREE, takes only a few minutes, and is one more way to keep an eye on one of your biggest assets.
