I had a women come into my open house. She did not want to leave me any information at all. Said she didn't want to be bothered by pushy agents. I asked a few simple questions that made her realize it wasn't the pushy agent she was trying to avoid by the fee she didn't want to pay while working with a buyers agent.
When having an agent represent you as a buyer, you pay no fees at all... Most first time home buyers don't realize this. We are simply taking you though the steps to make sure everything goes smooth. Its nice to see the weather has been cooperating. If your thinking of listing your home take this time to look around your neighborhood. Admire the neighbors yards, stand across the street and look at yours. Now, what do you need to do to give your home the curb appeal it so deserves. Give home buyers the first impression they deserve. Let them want your home just by first glance...
