We wrapped up the framing for this new home addition on grand island! featuring a brand-new kitchen, bedroom, and master bathroom. It’s always exciting to see a project take shape and provide the foundation for the finished vision.

This new home in the Ryan Homes development in Clarence, NY got a deck unlike any other in the neighborhood—and the finished result is stunning!

This custom build features premium Fiberon decking with a picture-frame border, custom lighting on every post and step, and an overhang wrapped entirely in Azek trim for a clean, low-maintenance finish.

Now we’re just waiting on the landscaper to grade up to the steps and lay the sod to complete the yard. The end result is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect addition to an already beautiful new home!
