I will visually inspect the exterior and interior of your home. I will check for pest or rodents, remove solicitations and flyers, run faucets and flush toilets, water indoor plants, check the furnace, hot water tank and sump pump. I will also start vehicles if need be. I will email you a report with pictures after every inspection. One per month $35, two per month $60 or four times per month at $85.
