🏡 Seller Tip: Don't overlook the closets!

When preparing a home for showings, many sellers focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces, but buyers often peek inside closets, too.

A crowded closet can unintentionally make storage space feel limited. Taking a little time to declutter and organize can help showcase the space your home has to offer.

A good rule of thumb? Aim to remove about 25-30% of the contents to create a more open and spacious appearance.
