2019. Our office.

Construction crew and office team. Together.

Look at this photo.

That's our team. In the middle of the workday. Taking a yoga class.

Not at a corporate retreat. Not as a one-time team building event.

Regular yoga class. In our office. Taught by Trinten, our Systems Director.

THIS IS WHAT A CONSCIOUSNESS-FOCUSED BUSINESS LOOKS LIKE:

Remember that post about Tiffany's yoga teacher training in 2012?

About how yogic principles became the foundation of Tru Companies?

This is what it looks like when you LIVE those principles, not just talk about them.

WE CARE ABOUT THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH US:

Not just their productivity.
Not just their output.
Not just what they can DO for the business.

Their LIVES.

Their physical health.
Their mental wellbeing.
Their spiritual grounding.
Their emotional balance.
Their overall quality of life.

Because they're PEOPLE, not just employees.

CONSTRUCTION WORK IS HARD:

Look at that photo. See our construction crew?

These are the people who:
- Demo houses down to the studs
- Carry heavy materials all day
- Work in extreme heat and cold
- Use their bodies constantly
- Put physical strain on themselves daily

Their bodies take a beating.

Back pain. Knee issues. Shoulder strain. Fatigue.

This is real.

So we offer them yoga. To:
- Stretch tight muscles
- Strengthen their core
- Improve flexibility
- Prevent injury
- Heal what hurts
- Take care of their bodies

Because we care about them beyond what they produce.

THE OFFICE TEAM NEEDS IT TOO:

Sitting at desks all day has its own challenges:

Tight hips. Stiff backs. Neck tension. Eye strain. Stress.

Different work. Same need for wellbeing.

So the office team joins too.

Everyone on the mat. Everyone breathing together. Everyone present.

WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF YOGA:

Not as some woo-woo trend. As PRACTICE.

Yoga heals our bodies:
- Stretches what's tight
- Strengthens what's weak
- Balances what's off
- Soothes what hurts

Yoga focuses our intentions:
- Clears mental clutter
- Brings presence
- Creates clarity
- Sharpens awareness

Yoga connects our team:
- We're not just coworkers
- We're COMMUNITY
- We breathe together
- We grow together

Yoga grounds us in presence:
- Not dwelling on past
- Not anxious about future
- HERE. NOW. PRESENT.
- Consciousness in action

AND HERE'S THE PHILOSOPHY:

This isn't just nice to do. This is STRATEGIC.

If we can help each one of our team members show up MORE FULLY...

More present.
More grounded.
More healthy.
More conscious.
More whole.
..then we can be of service BETTER to the people we serve.

YOU CAN'T POUR FROM AN EMPTY CUP:

Think about it:

How can you serve a family in foreclosure crisis if you're in crisis yourself?

How can you hold space for someone's grief if you're not grounded in your own body?

How can you show up with compassion if you're depleted and burned out?

How can you make conscious decisions if you're operating from stress and reactivity?

You can't.

So we fill our team's cups FIRST.

Not selfishly. STRATEGICALLY.

Because the better we take care of our team, the better they can take care of our clients.

THIS IS CONSCIOUSNESS BUSINESS:

Most companies:
- Push productivity
- Ignore wellbeing
- Treat people as resources
- Extract value
- Operate from scarcity

We:
- Prioritize wellbeing
- Invest in people
- See team as PEOPLE
- Cultivate value
- Operate from abundance

That's the difference.

THIS IS COMPASSIONATE CAPITALISM:

Making profit doesn't mean exploiting people.

You can be profitable AND humane.

You can grow your business AND care for your team.

You can pursue success AND prioritize wellbeing.

These aren't contradictions. They're INTEGRATIONS.

And honestly? When you take care of your team, they:
- Work better
- Stay longer
- Care more
- Show up fuller
- Serve better

It's good for people AND good for business.

TRINTEN TEACHING:

See who's leading this class? Trinten. Our Systems Director.

The guy who:
- Manages all our operations
- Builds our systems
- Coordinates projects
- Runs the backend

He's also a certified yoga instructor.

And he takes time out of his busy schedule to teach the team.

Because this matters. Because consciousness matters. Because people matter.

IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WORKDAY:

This isn't:
- After hours (on their own time)
- Optional (come if you want)
- Separate from work (work vs. wellness)

This is DURING work. Part of work. Integrated into how we operate.

We literally stop working. Clear the office space. Roll out the mats. Breathe together.

Because wellbeing isn't separate from work. It's FOUNDATIONAL to work.

CONSTRUCTION CREW + OFFICE TEAM = ONE COMMUNITY:

Look at this photo again.

Construction workers in work boots next to office staff.

People who demo houses next to people who answer phones.

Manual laborers next to administrators.

All on mats together. All breathing together. All equal.

There's no hierarchy on the yoga mat.

We're just humans taking care of our bodies and focusing our intentions together.

That's beautiful.

THIS IS LIVING THE VALUES:

It's easy to SAY:
- "We value our team"
- "We care about wellbeing"
- "We operate from consciousness"

It's harder to DO it.

To actually:
- Invest time in team wellness
- Pay people to do yoga during work hours
- Make it a priority, not an afterthought
- Walk the talk consistently

This photo is proof we walk the talk.

IF YOU'RE BUILDING A BUSINESS:

Or working for one. Or thinking about where to work.

Consider this:

Does the company care about YOU as a person?

Not just what you produce. But YOU.

Your body. Your mind. Your spirit. Your wellbeing.

Or are you just a resource to be used?

There's a big difference.

And you deserve to work for a company that sees you as HUMAN.

We see our team as humans. We treat them as such.

THIS IS WHAT CONSCIOUSNESS LOOKS LIKE IN ACTION:

Not just:
- Meditating alone
- Talking about principles
- Having nice values on the wall

But:
- Actually offering yoga to your team
- Actually making time for wellbeing
- Actually investing in people's lives
- Actually living the consciousness you preach

This is the difference between theory and practice.

We practice.

Look at those mountains. That T for Tooele.

Most of you who live here see this every day. It's just part of the landscape.

For Tiffany, it means something more.

IT'S ALWAYS BEEN TOOELE COUNTY:

Not Salt Lake County. Not Weber County.

Tooele County.

This is where Tiffany was raised.

As a little girl in that 2 bedroom mobile home where she had to steal money from her mentally disabled mother to keep the lights on she looked up at those mountains.

Saw that T.

Every single day.

That T was part of her childhood. Her struggles. Her dreams of something better.

That T watched her grow up.

SAME WEDNESDAY 4PM ALARM:

You know the one.

Every Wednesday at 4pm. Like clockwork.

This is a test of the Tooele County emergency broadcast system.

That weird military thing because of the Tooele Army Depot.

If you live here, you KNOW this alarm.

It's annoying. It's regular. It's TOOELE COUNTY. LOL.

That alarm has been going off since Tiffany was a child. Still goes off today.

Same community. Same quirks. Same HOME.

SAME PEOPLE. SAME FAMILIES:

Tooele County isn't some transient place where people come and go.

People have ROOTS here.

Multi-generational families. Your grandparents lived here. Your parents grew up here. You're raising your kids here.

Everyone knows everyone. (Remember that post about the Main Street open house?)

This is COMMUNITY. Real, deep, connected community.

And Tiffany is PART of this community.

Not some outsider who moved here to make money.

She was BORN here. RAISED here. STRUGGLED here. SURVIVED here.

THIS IS WHERE WE RAISE OUR FAMILY:

Brad and Tiffany. 8 kids between them.

Those kids are growing up in TOOELE COUNTY.

Same schools we went to.
Same parks we played in.
Same mountains we hiked.
Same community we belonged to.

Our kids are the next generation of Tooele County.

THIS IS WHERE WE BUILD OUR BUSINESSES:

Not in Salt Lake City. Not in Park City. Not in some affluent area.

Right here. Tooele County.

All four companies:
- Tru Home Buyer
- Tru Agency
- Tru Academy
- RAL Facilities (opening 2026)

All based in TOOELE COUNTY.

Serving Tooele County first. Then Salt Lake and Weber Counties.

But home base? Always Tooele.

THIS IS WHERE WE SERVE:

And here's where this gets important.

Tiffany isn't just a business owner here.

She's a COMMUNITY LEADER.

TIFFANY = CHAIRMAN OF THE HOUSE COMMITTEE:

In Tooele County government.

Chairman of the House Committee.

Making decisions about:
- Housing policy
- Development standards
- Community planning
- Affordable housing solutions
- Homelessness response

She's not just talking about change. She's LEADING change.

At the highest levels of county government.

SHE HELPED CONVERT EAST ELEMENTARY INTO A HOMELESS SHELTER:

This is huge.

East Elementary School - closed school building sitting empty.

Tooele County - growing homelessness problem.

Tiffany- Chairman of House Committee - helped make the decision:

Convert East Elementary into a homeless shelter.

Providing:
- Safe beds
- Warm shelter
- Services and support
- Dignity for people experiencing homelessness

This is happening RIGHT NOW because of leadership Tiffany helped provide.

BECAUSE SHE FACED HOMELESSNESS AS A CHILD:

This isn't abstract for Tiffany.

She LIVED it.

Multiple times as a child. The fear of losing housing. The instability. The terror.

She KNOWS what homelessness feels like.

Not theoretically. VISCERALLY.

So when she sits on that House Committee and discusses homeless shelter plans:

She's thinking about the little girl she was. Scared. Unstable. Needing help.

And making decisions to help people like she was.

NOW SHE'S DEDICATED TO HELPING THIS COMMUNITY:

Through Tru Companies AND through government leadership:

Avoid foreclosure:
- Buying houses from families in crisis
- Providing options and solutions
- Preventing foreclosures before they happen
- Helping families keep their equity

Create affordable housing solutions:
- That subdivision (45+ families)
- Quality homes at affordable prices
- Not luxury, but ACCESSIBLE
- For working families

Build more homeowners:
- Teaching through Tru Academy
- Helping renters become buyers
- Creating wealth-building opportunities
- Owner-occupant strategies

Support real estate investors:
- Tru Academy coaching
- Teaching how to build wealth
- Creating opportunities
- Growing the investor community

She's serving at EVERY level.

Business owner. Government leader. Teacher. Advocate.

All focused on ONE mission: Housing solutions for Tooele County.

FROM THAT LITTLE GIRL TO COMMUNITY LEADER:

Let's complete the arc:

Age 7:
- Father dead
- Mother mentally disabled
- Stealing money to keep lights on
- 2-bedroom mobile home
- Looking at that T on the mountain
- Dreaming of something better

Age 30:
- Bought dream home on Stansbury Lake
- Built 4 companies
- Helped 600+ families
- Teaching yoga and consciousness
- Raising 8 kids

Age 40:
- Chairman of House Committee
- Leading homeless shelter conversion
- Creating housing policy
- Serving entire county
- Lifting up the community that raised her

That's not just success. That's SERVICE.

That's coming FULL CIRCLE to lift up the place that shaped you.

WE'RE NOT OUTSIDERS:

This is so important.

We're not:
- Investors from Salt Lake swooping in
- Developers from California
- Corporate entities extracting value
- Outsiders here to make a buck

We're TOOELE COUNTY.

Born here. Raised here. Struggled here. Survived here.

Building here. Serving here. Leading here. STAYING here.

Our kids go to school here.
Our businesses employ people here.
Our taxes support services here.
Our leadership shapes policy here.

We're ALL IN on Tooele County.

THAT T ON THE MOUNTAIN:

Every time Tiffany sees it, she remembers:

- The little girl who looked at it with nothing
- The dream she held of something better
- The struggle to survive
- The determination to rise
- The commitment to come back and SERVE

That T is more than a landmark.

It's a reminder. It's a promise. It's HOME.

IF YOU LIVE IN TOOELE COUNTY:

You know us. Or you know someone who knows us.

That's how Tooele County works.

We're not some faceless company. We're your NEIGHBORS.

You see us:
- At the grocery store
- At school events
- At church
- At city council meetings
- At yoga classes
- At open houses

We're PART of this community.

And everything we build is FOR this community.

THE MISSION:

Help Tooele County families:
- Avoid foreclosure
- Access affordable housing
- Build generational wealth
- Become homeowners
- Invest in real estate
- Thrive, not just survive

Through:
- Buying houses (Tru Home Buyer)
- Traditional real estate (Tru Agency)
- Education and coaching (Tru Academy)
- Senior care with dignity (RAL Facilities)
- Government leadership (House Committee)
- Community advocacy (homeless shelter)

All of it. ALL focused on serving TOOELE COUNTY.

From that little girl looking at the T on the mountain to the woman leading housing solutions for the entire county.

It's always been Tooele County.

And everything we build is to SERVE the community that raised us.

That's the Tru-th. 💙

03/05/2026

Back in the day, this was Tiffany's ritual.

Every single flip. Without exception.

Look at this photo. That's Tiffany walking through a property we just bought.

And here's what she's doing:

STEP 1: CLEANSING WITH SAGE

Walk through every room. Lighting sage. Letting the smoke fill the space.

Why?

To get rid of bad stagnant energy. To clear whatever happened in that house before we got there.

Think about it:

Maybe it was a foreclosure (fear, shame, loss).
Maybe it was a divorce (anger, resentment, pain).
Maybe it was a death (grief, sadness, heaviness).
Maybe it was years of neglect (depression, abandonment).

Whatever energy was there she cleared it.

Making space. Creating clean slate. Opening possibilities.

Not just physically cleaning. ENERGETICALLY cleansing.

STEP 2: VISUALIZING THE FINAL PRODUCT

After the sage clearing, she'd stand in each room.

Close her eyes.

And VISUALIZE.

See the final product in complete detail:
- What color are the walls?
- What tile in the bathroom?
- What flooring in the living room?
- What carpet in the bedrooms?
- Where does the layout flow?
- How does the light hit?
- What does this space FEEL like when it's done?

She'd walk through the entire house in her mind's eye - fully renovated, fully transformed - before Brad ever picked up a hammer.

THEN SHE'D TELL BRAD:

Here's the vision. Here's how we're remodeling this house.

And she'd give him THE PLAN:
- Paint this room sage green
- Subway tile in the bathroom
- Gray luxury vinyl plank in living areas
- Soft beige carpet in bedrooms
- Open up this wall
- Add recessed lighting here

Every detail. Every choice. Every design decision.

TIFFANY WAS THE FINAL SAY:

Not because she was bossy.

Because she could SEE it.

While Brad saw: House that needs work

Tiffany saw: Beautiful home waiting to emerge

She had the VISION. The creative direction. The energetic sense of what this space wanted to become.

Brad had the SKILLS. The construction knowledge. The ability to execute.

Perfect partnership.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKED:

Brad = The Builder
- The executor
- The hands-on construction
- The technical knowledge
- The how do we make this happen guy

Tiffany = The Visionary
- The creative director
- The energetic cleanser
- The design eye
- The here's what this space WANTS to be woman

Together = Transformation

SAGE TO CLEAR. VISION TO CREATE. EX*****ON TO MANIFEST:

This is the PROCESS:

1. Sage - Clear the old energy, release what was

2. Vision - See what's possible, design the future

3. Ex*****on - Brad builds what Tiffany envisioned

Spiritual practice → Creative vision → Construction reality

That's how we transformed 600+ houses.

NOT JUST WITH HAMMERS AND PAINT:

Most house flippers:
- Buy property
- Slap some paint on
- Replace flooring
- Sell it

We:
- Clear the energy
- Vision the transformation
- Design with intention
- Execute with consciousness
- Create homes, not just flips

There's a massive difference.

THE HOUSES FELT DIFFERENT:

People would walk through our renovated homes and say:

This feels SO good.
I don't know what it is, but this space just feels RIGHT.
I feel peaceful here.
This house feels happy.

They didn't know about the sage clearing. They didn't know about Tiffany's visualization.

But they FELT it.

Because energy is real. Intention matters. Consciousness creates.

When you clear the old and intentionally design the new, the space holds that.

THIS IS CONSCIOUSNESS IN REAL ESTATE:

Remember that post about Tiffany's yoga training? About building business on spiritual principles?

This is what it looks like in PRACTICE:

Not just:
- Buying houses
- Renovating them
- Selling them

But:
- Clearing the energy first
- Visioning with intention
- Creating with consciousness
- Manifesting beauty and possibility

Real estate as spiritual practice.

TIFFANY'S ROLE:

In the early days, people would ask: What does Tiffany do?

And Brad would say: She's the visionary. She sees what these houses can become. She directs the design. She's the final say.

But it was more than that.

She was also:
- The energetic cleanser
- The space holder
- The intention setter
- The one who honored what came before while creating what comes next

That's not just design. That's SACRED WORK.

SAGE CLEARING ISN'T WOO-WOO:

Some people roll their eyes at sage clearing.

That's woo,woo nonsense.

But consider:

Indigenous cultures have used smoke cleansing for THOUSANDS of years. Every major religion has some form of it (incense in Catholic church, smudging in Native American tradition, etc.).

Maybe it works because energy is real.

Maybe spaces DO hold the energy of what happened there.

Maybe clearing that energy DOES make a difference.

And even if it's just placebo if Tiffany felt better, visioned clearer, created more intentionally after the sage clearing... wasn't that worth it?

THE VISUALIZATION PRACTICE:

This is actually HIGH-LEVEL manifestation technique:

See it in your mind before it exists in reality.

Athletes do this. Visualize the perfect performance before the game.

Tiffany did this. Visualize the perfect home before the renovation.

And then? Brad manifested what she envisioned.

Visualization → Intention → Action → Manifestation

That's not woo,woo. That's how creation WORKS.

600+ HOUSES TRANSFORMED THIS WAY:

Sage clearing. Vision setting. Intentional creation.

Every. Single. One.

Not because it was required. Because Tiffany believed it MATTERED.

And it did.

The houses felt different. Sold faster. Made families happier.

Consciousness in action.

TODAY:

Tiffany doesn't sage clear every flip anymore (we do a LOT of volume now, would be hard to maintain the ritual).

But the PRINCIPLE remains:

Clear the old. Vision the new. Create with intention.

That's still how we operate.

Even if the ritual has evolved, the CONSCIOUSNESS hasn't.

IF YOU'RE CREATING ANYTHING:

Business. Home. Art. Life.

Consider this PROCESS:

1. Clear - What old energy, beliefs, patterns need releasing?

2. Vision - What does the final creation look like in complete detail?

3. Intend - Set the intention for what you're creating

4. Execute - Take action aligned with the vision

5. Trust - Let it manifest

That's how Tiffany transformed houses. And it works for anything.

FROM SAGE SMOKE TO SOLD SIGNS:

That's Tiffany's contribution to every flip.

Not just design choices (though those too).

But ENERGETIC CLEARING and VISIONARY DIRECTION.

The spiritual practice that made space for beautiful new possibilities.

The visualization that saw the transformed home before it existed.

The creative direction that told Brad exactly how to make it real.

Sage and vision. Consciousness and creation.

That's how we've always done this.

That's the Tru-th. 💙

2014.Brad. Sitting with county records.Look at this photo. This is what HUSTLE looked like in the early days.LOOKING OVER...
03/02/2026

2014.

Brad. Sitting with county records.

Look at this photo.

This is what HUSTLE looked like in the early days.

LOOKING OVER NOTICE OF DEFAULT FILINGS:

One by one. Hour after hour.

Notice of Default (NOD) = the legal filing when someone falls behind on mortgage payments. First step toward foreclosure.

Brad would go to the county recorder's office. Pull the NOD records. Find homeowners who'd just been filed on.

Why?

Because these are people in CRISIS. People who need HELP. People who don't know their options.

And most of them don't even know help is available.

GETTING THEIR CONTACT INFO. REACHING OUT:

Once he had the names and addresses, he'd:
- Call them
- Send letters
- Sometimes knock on doors

The message:

Hi, I saw you're in foreclosure. I might be able to help. Can we talk about your options?

MOST OF THEM TOLD HIM IT WAS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS:

And they had every right to.

The responses:
- Leave us alone.
- This is private.
- We don't need your help.
- You're a vulture.
- Go away.
- Door slammed in face.
- Phone hung up.
- Letters thrown away.

999 out of 1000 rejected him.

BUT THAT 1 IN 1000:

That ONE person who said Yes, please help?

THAT person made it all worth it.

BECAUSE THAT WAS THE HOMEOWNER WHO NEEDED HELP THE MOST:

Think about the psychology:

The 999 who reject:
- Maybe they have family helping them
- Maybe they have a plan
- Maybe they're working with their lender
- Maybe they'll figure it out
- They're not ready for help

The 1 who says yes:
- They've exhausted every option
- They don't know where to turn
- They're drowning
- They've given up hope
- They NEED someone to show them there's a way out

That 1 person? Brad showed up at EXACTLY the right time.

BRAD SHOWED UP:

Not as a salesman. As someone who KNEW what they were going through.

He:
- Explained ALL their options (not just sell to me)
- Walked through each possibility
- Discussed pros and cons
- Gave them information they didn't have
- Empowered them to make informed decision
- Held space for their pain
- Offered a solution

And made the right call at the right moment.

REAL DIFFERENCE MADE IN REAL LIVES:

Not abstract. REAL.

Houses and equity saved- Homeowner didn't lose everything they'd built

Foreclosures avoided - No foreclosure on credit report destroying their financial future

Credit protected - Ability to buy again in the future

Pain and trauma prevented - The emotional devastation of foreclosure avoided

Families kept intact - Kids didn't have to move schools, lose friends, experience instability

Dignity maintained - Homeowner walked away with head held high, not in shame

That's what that 1 in 1000 YES meant.

THIS IS THE WORK MOST PEOPLE WON'T DO:

Let's be real about this business:

The rejection:
- 999 people telling you no
- Doors slammed in your face
- Being called a vulture
- Being told you're preying on people
- Hearing leave us alone constantly

Most people can't handle that.

Most people quit after 10 rejections. After 50. After 100.

Brad kept going. Through 999. To find the 1.

WHY?

Because he KNEW:

Somewhere in those 1000 people, there's ONE who desperately needs help.

ONE who's drowning and doesn't know there's a life raft available.

ONE who's about to lose everything and doesn't know there are options.

And for THAT person, Brad's phone call or knock on the door is SALVATION.

THAT MATH MAKES SENSE:

When you're mission driven.

If this was just about money:
- 999 rejections wouldn't be worth it
- The emotional toll would be too high
- You'd find easier ways to make money
- You'd quit

But when you KNOW you're helping people who desperately need it:

Those 999 rejections become:
- The price of finding the 1
- The filter to find who REALLY needs help
- The sacrifice worth making
- The journey to the person who matters most

That changes everything.

BRAD STILL DOES THIS:

12+ years later.

Still reaching out to homeowners in NOD.
Still offering help and options.
Still getting rejected by 999 out of 1000.
Still showing up for that 1.

Why?

Because THAT 1 person's life being changed makes ALL of it worth it.

THIS IS THE ORIGIN OF TRU HOME BUYER:

This photo. Brad in 2014. Pouring over county records.

This is where it started:

Not with some brilliant business idea.
Not with market analysis.
Not with profit projections.

With one man deciding:

I'm going to find people in foreclosure crisis and offer them help, even if 999 of them reject me, because that 1 person who says yes NEEDS me.

That's the foundation. That's the mission. That's the heart.

IF YOU'RE IN FORECLOSURE RIGHT NOW:

Maybe you got a call from us. Or a letter. Or someone knocked on your door.

And maybe you thought: None of your business. Leave me alone.

I get it.

But consider this:

Maybe you're the 1 in 1000.

Maybe you're the one who desperately needs help but doesn't know where to turn.

Maybe you're drowning and we're offering a life raft.

Maybe you're about to lose everything and we're showing you there are options.

Maybe this is the right call at the right time.

WE'RE NOT VULTURES:

We're people who've BEEN in crisis. Who know what desperation feels like. Who understand foreclosure fear.

Brad:
- Went through harsh divorce
- Worked all night to pay legal fees
- Knows financial devastation
- Understands being overwhelmed

Tiffany:
- Stole money as a child to keep lights on
- Raised herself while caring for disabled mother
- Knows poverty intimately
- Understands survival mode

We're not outsiders looking to profit from your pain.

We're people who've BEEN THERE trying to help others avoid what we went through.

THE 999 REJECTIONS:

They're part of the process.

Not everyone needs help. Not everyone wants help. Not everyone is ready.

And that's okay.

We're not here for everyone.

We're here for the 1 in 1000 who needs us most.

And we'll take 999 rejections to find that 1 person.

Because their life being changed makes it all worth it.

We'll give you information you need to make the best decision for YOUR situation.

We'll hold space for your pain without judgment.

And if we can help, we will.

FROM COUNTY RECORDS TO CHANGED LIVES:

That's Brad's story.

2014: Sitting with NOD filings. Finding people in crisis. Offering help. Getting rejected 999 times. Finding the 1 who says yes.

Today: 600+ families helped. Houses saved. Foreclosures avoided. Lives changed.

All because one man was willing to hear no 999 times to help the 1 who needed him most.

That's the hustle. That's the mission. That's the heart of Tru Home Buyer.

02/25/2026

2015.

Brad and Tiffany. Standing in front of an HOA committee. Pitching a subdivision plan.

Look at this photo.

This is what VISION looks like before it becomes REALITY.

THEY WERE SPEAKING ABOUT VALUES:

Not profit margins.
Not how much money they could make.
Not quick returns.

They were speaking about:

Nice affordable housing for the generations to come.

Let that sink in.

Not luxury mansions. Not high end exclusive neighborhoods. Not maximum profit development.

AFFORDABLE housing.

For families.
For generations.
For community.

That was the pitch. That was the vision.

THE HOA HAD QUESTIONS:

And they should have.

HOAs exist to maintain standards. To protect property values. To ensure quality.

So they asked:
- What kind of homes?
- What quality standards?
- How does this affect existing homeowners?
- What's the timeline?
- Will this raise or lower neighborhood value?
- Who are you building for?
- What's your commitment to doing this RIGHT?

Valid questions. Important questions.

BRAD AND TIFFANY ANSWERED EVERY ONE:

With integrity.
With vision.
With commitment to doing it RIGHT.

They promised:
- Quality construction (not cheap flips)
- Thoughtful design (not cookie-cutter boxes)
- Affordable pricing (families can actually buy)
- Community building (not just development)
- Long-term commitment (not hit-and-run developers)

And the HOA committee listened. Evaluated. Decided.

THE DEVELOPMENT CAME THROUGH:

The vision was approved.

Not because Brad and Tiffany pitched profit.

Because they pitched PURPOSE.

Because they convinced the HOA: This will SERVE your community. This will house families well. This will RAISE the standard, not lower it.

And they were right.

TODAY, THAT SUBDIVISION:

Houses over 45 families in Tooele County.

45+ families with:
- HOMES they can afford
- YARDS where kids play
- NEIGHBORHOODS where community forms
- QUALITY housing they're proud of
- GENERATIONAL wealth being built

That's 45+ families who might not have homeownership without this development.

Think about that.

THIS IS WHAT WIN-WIN-WIN LOOKS LIKE:

Remember that yogic principle? Win,win, win thinking?

This is it in ACTION:

FAMILIES WIN:
- Affordable homes they can actually buy
- Quality construction
- Safe neighborhoods
- Wealth building through homeownership
- Community to belong to

HOA WINS:
- Quality development that raises standards
- Property values maintained/increased
- More families joining the community
- Responsible developers who follow through
- Neighborhood enhanced, not degraded

COMMUNITY WINS:
- 45+ families housed well
- More homeowners (not renters)
- Neighborhood vitality
- Economic contribution
- Generational roots being planted

Everyone wins. That's the ONLY way we build.

AND THE HOA IS HAPPY:

This is important.

The HOA could have blocked this. Could have said no. Could have protected their exclusivity.

They said yes.

And today? They're HAPPY they did.

Because Brad and Tiffany delivered on EVERY promise.

The homes are quality. The families are wonderful. The neighborhood is thriving.

That's what happens when you operate with INTEGRITY.

FROM PITCH TO REALITY:

2015: Standing in front of committee with a vision

Planning and permitting process

Construction and development

45+ families moving in

Today: A thriving subdivision. A housed community.

That's vision manifested over nearly a decade.

Not quick. Not easy. But REAL.

THIS IS MORE THAN FLIPPING HOUSES:

Look, we're known for buying and flipping houses.

But we're so much MORE than that.

We're:
- Builders(creating housing from scratch)
- Developers (planning communities)
- VISIONARIES (seeing what could be and making it real)

We don't just renovate what exists.

We CREATE what's needed.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING MATTERS:

Here's the hard truth:

Housing is becoming LESS affordable everywhere.

In Tooele County. In Salt Lake County. In Weber County. Across Utah. Across America.

Families are being priced out.

So what do we do?

We BUILD affordable housing.

Not cheap housing. Not low-quality housing.

AFFORDABLE, QUALITY HOUSING.

Nice homes. Good construction. Safe neighborhoods.

That families can actually AFFORD.

That's the mission. That's the service.

FOR THE GENERATIONS TO COME:

Notice Tiffany and Brad's language in that 2015 pitch:

For the generations to come.

Not: For this year's profit.

Not: For this quarter's returns.

For the GENERATIONS to come.

That's:
- Long-term thinking
- Community commitment
- Generational impact
- Service orientation

Building something that lasts. That matters. That serves beyond us.

45 FAMILIES:

Let's make this concrete.

45 families = roughly 135-180 people (assuming 3-4 per family).

That's 135-180 PEOPLE living in homes because of this vision.

Kids growing up in those houses.
Parents building equity.
Grandparents visiting for holidays.
Neighbors becoming friends.
Community forming.

That's IMPACT.

THIS IS WHAT WE'RE BUILDING:

Not just:
- A real estate business
- A flipping company
- A profit engine

We're building:
- HOUSING SOLUTIONS for families who need them
- COMMUNITIES where people thrive
- GENERATIONAL WEALTH for working families
- A LEGACY of service

That subdivision is PROOF.

IF YOU'RE A DEVELOPER OR INVESTOR:

Consider this approach:

Not: How do I maximize profit on this development?

But: How do I serve the community while building something sustainable?

The HOA approved Brad and Tiffany's vision BECAUSE it served the community.

The families bought BECAUSE the homes were affordable and quality.

The development succeeded BECAUSE everyone won.

That's the model. That's what works long-term.

FROM VISION TO 45 FAMILIES:

That's the story of this photo.

2015: Two people with a vision, standing before an HOA committee

Today: 45+ families living in homes, building lives, creating community

That's not just business. That's MANIFESTATION. That's SERVICE. That's IMPACT.

We're not just flippers. We're builders. Developers. Visionaries.

Creating housing solutions for the generations to come.

One subdivision. 45+ families. Countless ripple effects.

That's what happens when you pitch PURPOSE instead of just profit.

That's the Tru-th. 💙
