This was such a great experience to help a verteran with a VA construction loan. These loans are very complex and require so much cooperation from subcontractors and lots of paperwork. We couldn't have done it without the collaboration of Rise Lending with Tiana and Liberty! They kept us progressing the entire time and made sure to communicate the next steps in the process. It was the longest under contract time I have done and well worth all the work.

This amazing home buyer gets to design the new finishes of his home and take advantage of a low Veteran Rate in 6 months. I am proud of this work and so grateful for amazing clients and a team I can't say enough about!

Shout out to Destiny Besner who handled us going under contract while dealing with her own hard things as I went into labor to bring our baby earthside. I can always count on her to have my back. Danielle Bayless for dropping everything to meet my client and contractors there when I couldn't be. Helping people find a place that is theirs is truly such a blessing and so fulfilling to see the whole process come to a beautiful happy ending. I am so happy for these awesome humans! We got their house sold just in time for Christmas🎄This market has slowed down during the colder season this year and we are so grateful to find such awesome buyers! We closed FASTER than 30 days and have everything these clients needed to open their next chapters.
