Wow, big 1/4 drop and everybody acts like that is something as the bond market pushes the rates higher. 1/4 only affects short term money and does nothing for mortgage rates.

Mortgage interest rates have dropped sharply, and more rate shifts may be on the way before the year is over.

Stupid people. Dumped their bedbug riddled matresses on Ericson Rd by the south gate onto the wildlife management area. Stupid because they missed the county landfill by about 5 miles. Stupid because they don't know that they could have put them at the curb by their home and on a given day they would be picked up. Stupid because they have no respect for those of us who live in Pine Canyon. Sorry I had to post this because I can't fix stupid.
