She studied art conservation in Italy and restored murals in Turkey and Austria. She holds a degree in Art Conservation and NAR’s Green Designation. She is fluent in English, German and Italian, and speaks Spanish and French. Her personal and professional background allow her to serve a wide breadth of clients. Whether you are a first time buyer or a veteran in L.A.'s housing market, Stefanie will guide you step by step through the various intricacies of home ownership and/or rentals to serve your short and long-term needs. Given her background in art, Stefanie has a keen eye for aesthetic detail when identifying properties for her clients. Stefanie’s NAR’s certification also allows her to advise clients about matters related to property values and sustainability including the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, and listing and marketing green homes and buildings. When serving clients from other countries, Stefanie understands that it can be challenging to adjust to a new culture and society. Therefore, she takes great lengths to ensure that they find a property that makes them feel at home in their new city and country. Stefanie lives in Topanga, which is nestled in the Santa Monica mountains adjacent to Malibu, Pacific Palisades and Calabasas. She enjoys the mountains and beaches with her family and rescue dog Cassidy. She is an active member of her community, serves on the fundraising Board of the local public school, and participates in several fundraisers, events and programs in the area.
