📣 Kansas Veterans: 100% P&T or TDIU — You Qualify for the Kansas Sales Tax Exemption (Effective July 1, 2026)
Kansas has created a state sales tax exemption for Veterans who are:

100% Service‑Connected Permanent & Total (P&T)

OR rated TDIU (Total Disability/Individual Unemployability)

AND the disability is permanent

AND the veteran is a Kansas resident

Eligible veterans can receive a Kansas Disabled Veteran Sales Tax Exemption Card allowing up to $24,000 per calendar year in approved tax‑exempt purchases.

Closing day is always special, but this one was extra rewarding because the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Huge shoutout to our local lenders, title team, inspectors, and the listing side for helping make this transaction a breeze for my buyers.
