A little s’mores gift basket and hole sponsorship for the VFW Post 10815 golf tournament this weekend! Some years I can sponsor more initiatives than others, but I always appreciate being asked and helping when I can!

Under Contract! Everyone is anxious to get this one closed so renovations and memory making can begin! I heard there are a lot of happy grandkids on the other side of this deal 💙🎣
There are challenges listing a home an hour and a half away from where the sellers and I live, but everything is possible with the right determination. Need a determined agent? I'd love to help.

Working on our current remodel and really loving these neutrals! It’s a brick berm home in the country with lots of natural lighting. Here are the flooring options I’m considering! Going with stained doors, trim, kitchen, and bathroom cabinets. Wood flooring in main living, tile in laundry room, bathroom and in front of the fireplace, and carpet in the bedrooms. What’s everyone’s thoughts? I would ask my kids, but they were clearly over it 🙃

Never heard of Council Grove? It is quaint but mighty, full of history, antiques, and good restaurants, some may say one of the last areas of the Tallgrass Prairie, a place you have to see to appreciate.

SOLD!
This was a true honor to sell the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home! My clients were grateful to win but not ready to move into town just yet. Such a beautiful home to be able to market and help find the first occupant to move in. I hope they are able to enjoy all of this home's features and the neighborhood for years to come!
I know people don't win homes often, but they do need help selling or buying. If you know of anyone that needs help, please feel free to share my info! ⬇️
