Proud to have been able to help a couple that was so determined to get into a place of their own. They were tired of paying rent and having no space. "So I have been in customer service industry for 15 plus years and EXCELLENCE to me is the only acceptable way and when it comes to home buying, it is a very exciting yet very stressful process and time in our lives because it's going to be something that your family values, if not for the rest of your life, then usually 10 plus years. And so for us in this process when other real estate agents wouldn't show us any houses because we were waiting on our pre-approval letter, (which we were working with a credit counselor so we knew where our loan amount was going to be at approximately figure wise and we knew exactly when we were going to be getting that letter, because we knew the steps we had to take when we would be able to do that, so in our situation, we knew we needed to move fast because we had to take in our daughter and grandson, so we had no options to sit and wait) so when nobody else would deal with us Kelly was there, with his EXCELLENCE!!! Let me tell you he has gone above and beyond the whole process. He truly cares. He gets your wants and needs. He takes time out of his schedule. Even though it's his job, you can tell he's very dedicated. When we closed, it was very bumpy due to the unforeseen circumstances in the process and Kelly was still there going above and beyond. A few days in and heater gas valve went out (because why not lol) Kelly quickly gathered all of our home warranty information up and sent it to me as well as brought over 3 portable heaters to make sure that we stayed warm and he kept checking on us as well as offering any help he could! I pray to never go through this process again but if we do it, it definitely will be with Kelly! I highly recommend Kelly for your forever home or investment search and I'm very confident you'll be very happy too ! Not only did we find a great Agent but now we have a new friend!"
