Special note: the shop is fantastic and needs a handy person to put it to good use...especially the heavy-duty I-beam for hoisting heavy things.

Almost there!
This renovation has been ongoing for over 6 months. Here's an example of the extensive work that had to be done. There's still more to go, but it's close. This is 1 of 2 bathrooms that got complete makeovers. Does your family need 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms? Maybe this house could be yours!
