Congratulations to our clients on their purchase!
After listing this land, I visited the neighbors and let them know it was for sale. I met a gentleman who pointed to the house on the end and said they would be interested. When I knocked on the door, I wasn't sure if we would speak Spanish or English, but I immediately appreciated their kindness. Over the next week, I met the entire family, and one of them was able to translate for us. We signed the contract, and they gained something they had been needing: a safe place for their kids to play.
I knocked on the neighborhood doors because it's a direct strategy for selling property. If I don't meet the people nearby, I could overlook people who are genuinely interested in nearby land. Even with a language barrier, everyone understood a handshake and a business card. More than one person asked me to write down the details so they could translate them, and I was happy to help.
The buyers had been kind enough to talk with me and call back when they had questions. Now they own a property that will improve their lives and provide an opportunity for a playground or a place to build their future.
When we closed on this property, the entire family came. We brought chairs into the conference room for everyone and finalized the arrangements. It was one of those few times in a person's life when they buy property, and it was even more memorable to involve the entire family.
Congratulations on a great investment that I am confident will be good for the neighborhood and your family! I am proud to know you, and it is an honor to connect you with this property.
