Sometimes you just can’t shake the feeling when a house feels like home.

Last weekend, we only toured four homes before my clients went home to sleep on it. By the next day, they knew this was where they wanted to raise their children.

We wrote the offer on a busy Sunday afternoon, and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to tell them they were officially under contract on this beautiful 5-bedroom home on 3 gorgeous acres!

I have to add that I am sincerely grateful for the agent who trusted me with this referral.

Receiving a referral from an agent you highly respect is one of the greatest compliments in this business. For me, it was doubly amazing because I also had the opportunity to meet such a wonderful family as they move into the area. 🏡🎉

Just a few weeks ago, a conversation about a housing challenge led to a conversation about homeownership.

I’m so thrilled now to share that they went under contract on their very first home this past week!

I can’t stress enough how important it is to work with local lenders who truly get to know and care about you as a client.

I keep a list of local lenders I confidently share with all of my clients because every single one of them is knowledgeable, kind, communicative, and genuinely invested in the people they help.

They care about helping you use your cash wisely at closing. They care about making sure your payment is truly comfortable for you. They care about setting clear expectations so you know exactly what’s coming next and what’s needed from you. They care about getting you to the closing table on time because they know you’ve already scheduled movers, transferred utilities, and started planning your life around that date.

They understand our local contracts, our local market, and how things actually work here. Most importantly, they take the time to know you as a person, not just a file.
