When hanging things on your walls don’t be temped to use those cute little sticky squares that come in the package…. 😈 📦

JUST SAY NO and walk those puppies directly to the trash. 🚮

Go out and LIVE LARGE💸. Spend the money on the brand name we all know and can count on, Command Strips. The kind that come OFF the wall cleanly. ✨

But why Gwendolynne? 🤷‍♀️Those things are expensive for something so small and sticky.

Yes friends, Command doesn’t negotiate their prices😅, but when you are ready to change the room or sell your home, scrubbing the cheap glue off the walls is like a nightmare you just want to wake up from 😂

Another great night at the Ducks Unlimited Banquet!!! Not only did I get to host the table this year, but I got the excitement of seeing my Gwendolynne Colgrove - TopCity Realty LLC ad on the big screen! Proud moment for me guys!!! 🥰
At these events, I never miss a beat when it’s time to spend my raffle money and wait to hear my name called! 🥳 This year it was my very own table that made me a winner! I took home a Ta**us Judge Magnum Revolver to match my other Judge Revolver! I’m a real Yosemite Sam now! 😂🙌🔫 Big thank you to the guests that joined me in my business debut and my husband for letting me steal the spotlight everytime 😘

Exciting stuff! I was chosen for a scholarship to attend the Kansas Association of Realtors Conference! For 3 days, I get to stuff my wheelhouse full of education to use as I advance in the world of Real Estate! To my surprise, the scholarship also included a 2 night hotel stay! Do you know how long it’s been since I got my very own hotel room?!? Heck yeah!🥳

HUGE Thank you to the organization for providing me this amazing opportunity to learn and become the very best Realtor I can be! 🤩🫶
