The Angry Realtor in me had to be let loose this weekā¦
Iāve spent the last month working with a lender I never have before, and it feels like I am the only one pushing this transaction through.
My clients have been absolutely wonderful, and theyāve been very happy with the relentless hours Iāve put in behind the scenes to keep things moving. But it has also been a VERY good reminder of why choosing the right lender from the beginning is so important.
It is so critical to make sure they answer the phone, will communicate with your Realtor, your Title company, hold to the deadlines, and be responsive during unexpected times.
I'm going to be so exhausted during closing.
