Thank you everyone last week for your help with my office contest. I was a few contacts short of my goal, however I did get to talk to and help several new people. That is what it is all about. Helping someone BUY, SELL or INVEST in Real Estate to help themselves. Contest or not, I will always be ready to help anyone with their Real Estate needs that you put me in contact with. I'm still needing your help. My office at Keller Williams Realty is having a contest this week. My goal is to get at least 10 more referrals by the end of the week. Everyone has been great and I am 1/2 way to my goal. I am reaching out to you for a referral of someone that you know who may be interested buying, selling, or investing in real estate. It can be a friend, co-worker, someone from church or a sports team you or your kids play on. I'm not limited to just the Emporia/Americus area or even Kansas. What a great morning! A beautiful sunrise, cool weather with the birds singing. A nice cup of hot coffee (never understood iced coffee). A little me time before I get started for the day.

Another round of thunder here in Americus right now. My puddles are dried up in the driveway so we didn't get too much so far. The gutters were full on Commercial Street in Emporia this morning when I was in town checking on my listings. We need more rain, just not the storms.

Well this is a nice little shower we are getting in Americus right now. I was outside with some coffee watching the clouds roll in. Mix in a little thunder, lightning and a cool breeze. It is welcome here today.
