And while young Americans can't afford to have children or buy a home, we're importing 3rd worlders here with many that immediately go on welfare, have large families and continue to add to our national debt. Additionally, we send billions (that we don't have and simply add to our national debt) to other countries who use our tax money to provide free everything to their people and to buy off our politicians to continue to send them more money and fund their wars. Have we gone insane?

The nation's growing debt crisis can no longer be ignored.

30-year fixed mortgage rate drops below 6%

The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 5.98% this week—its lowest point in three-and-a-half years. The drop could potentially unlock millions of new buyers who had been sidelined by affordability constraints when rates hovered around 7% just over a year ago. An analysis of National Association of REALTORS®' Metro Market Dashboard shows that an additional 5.5 million households now stand to qualify for a mortgage.
