I'm a life-long Topekan and entrepreneur. I've owned businesses since I was seven years old. I've been married to my wife Kathy since 1993 and raised three beautiful daughters. I'm Catholic and a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary parish. My passions are my faith, spending time with my family, all types of bicycling, motorcycling, hiking with my dogs, basketball, gardening, hunting and fishing and

antique vehicles and bicycles. I started my property management company WCW Property Management when I was nineteen and incorporated in 1991. I began selling real estate in 1997 and started my owner brokerage Performance Realty in 2012. I love helping people find the place they'll call home and helping investors find the right properties that will build lasting revenue sources for them and their families. I've made many lasting friendships in these businesses over the years.
