According to the Topeka Blvd, my closing today is on Hillside Dr. According to Kansas Ave., it’s Hillside Ave. The county appraiser says Dr, the post office says Ave and the lender….always goes with the postal address, SO today my closing is Hillside Ave! 😆 (it’s a 3 block long street with a lot of miscommunication about 80 years ago)

I can do a lot of things myself well, but hair, clothes and popular exterior paint trends are not my strong suits. So thankful my painter suggested color drenching the door and trim, it looks like it was meant to be. I would have went back with what was there before. I hired the painter…I took his advice. When you hire a professional…they usually know what’s best. That’s all.

Just discovered this slipper slide exists in my state and now I feel like the parks and rec for the last 50 years of my life have totally been going cheap on us 🤔
