The goal was to line the woods with zinnias. So I tossed out a few hundred seeds I harvested last year. (Never done this). Now I’m changing my goal from lining the woods to covering the dead tree. Now we wait 😂. Who else loves and grows Zinnias? Any tips???

An eye opening statement : “The my friends granddaughter is a Realtor only goes so far these days. I worked hard for 75 years and if someone doesn’t bother to try to show us one house in 6 weeks. I’ll likely choose the one who hustles for me. I also have land to sell and will want someone to hustle”. Yesterday’s quote from the sweetest man who is about to downsize. They called me about a new build…and within a day I had them in another home. I’m going to keep hustling…I will earn their business. Agents …. if you’re handed business on a silver platter in this day and age, and you don’t hop on that, you shouldn’t be in this business. Buyers/sellers if you choose to work for you (not just a sign call..but a call of. I want to sell and buy) and they do not call you back and immediately start hustling for you. Pick somebody else…there are people out there ready to help.
