Our client fell in love with Culver City, CA, many years ago and was excited to be able to purchase her first home there. Over the years, she outgrew her one-bedroom condo. She loved her complex but needed more space.

2-bedroom condos in her complex would be available but would quickly sell. How would she be able to sell her one-bedroom condo (which are difficult to trade) and buy a 2-bedroom all at the same time?

*Our Strategy*

1) We utilized a loan program that essentially purchased the 2-bedroom property for our client (all cash), which allowed her to secure her future home as we prepped her current home for sale.

2) We utilized Compass Concierge to lightly update the property, allowing us to appeal to today's fussy buyers.

3) Implemented our comprehensive marketing campaign.

The result? We received multiple offers in a week and sold over the list price to an all-cash, first-time buyer.
