Fresh coat, fresh look ✨

Thank you, Palermo residents, for your continued patience and understanding as our exterior painting project continues.

It’s been nearly two decades since Palermo received a full exterior paint refresh, and we’re excited to finally bring new life back to the community.

We know projects like this can create temporary inconveniences, and we truly appreciate everyone’s flexibility throughout the process.

The end result? A refreshed community we can all be proud of… and quite possibly the best-looking property on the block 😉🎨
