Picked up a condo in Garden Grove this week. Hoarder house. So much trash and smelled so bad! The guys are almost done with demo. And surprisingly in pretty good shape.

Keith & I spent New Years Day exploring the latest gem in the rough. This one is actually not as bad as it looks. Tons of charm already. With a little tweaking it’s going to be gorgeous. Located off Willow in Long Beach. 2020 is going to be our best year yet. Happy New Year Everyone!

For me? It’s not Christmas until the Angels and Shepard’s sing Joy to the World! This is our All School Chapel before the Xmas break. The kids in the audience all performed this presentation as kindergarteners. And why they love watching the little ones and cheering them on. First Lutheran School in Torrance is an amazing place to raise your children. ❤️
