Recently sold 3 Bedroom condo in Breakwater Village, a 55+ Redondo Beach Condominium community on Artesia Blvd. Crazy to think even 55+ community homes are pushing the boundaries. This was a record high sale in the complex. The previous record was $685,000. Built in 2007 and tucked away from the Main Street of Artesia, you feel at home in the complex/community. At first we were a little overzealous pricing the the condo at $725k, so we went back to the drawing board to restructure our strategy by reducing the price to $719,000. Not all homes sell right away especially a 55+ community, but I feel it’s beneficial to everyone to be transparent with the selling process even in a “Hot” market. The condo ended up selling after 3 weeks on the market. As soon as we lowered the price to $719k with a revamped marketing/pricing strategy, we received multiple offers and ultimately got the asking price. Not all transactions and homes sell for over asking and “quick” but it is important to revisit the marketing plan to strategize a new plan to get the home sold for as much as possible as quick as possible. I’m thankful for the trust my clients have entrusted in me and I’m ecstatic that they will be able to use this money for their move out of LA to enjoy a bigger space and home they desire.

We had a tall task at our asking price, but with our full marketing plan to expose the property to as many ready and willing buyers we were still able to get offers over asking price. Some people will say it’s the market, others may say it’s timing, but I like to think that it’s our marketing and negotiating that attracts the best offers on our listings. Repeated results cannot just be attributed to luck.
