Asked Gary (partner) to film a few clips for social media.

Gary: “Got it.”

Also Gary: Starts with my double-chin, stays in a room when I've moved on to the next room, proceeds to film a 360 of the walk-in closet, trees, the sky, a random bird, and pretty much anything that is NOT me.

To be fair, I did get a few usable shots out of it. 😆

In all seriousness, a lot of us real estate agents joke about our partners, but I’m grateful for all the things they do behind the scenes that never make it into the final reel. The understanding about nights and weekends, tech support, heavy lifting, extra hands, childcare, random errands, open house snack runs and yes… even the creative direction nobody asked for.

Thanks, Gary. ❤️

April 22 — we met.
May 19 — she got her keys.
But this story didn’t begin with me.

It began with John, a friend Desiree met working night shifts together as nurses, who spent the last year encouraging her to buy a home before she believed she could do it herself.

Shortly after Desiree finally decided to move forward, and check out a home, she finished a night shift working with John, said goodbye. John texted her that morning and said:

“Go check out the neighborhood. Go check out the property, and let me know what you think.”

She did.

She drove right past the home she would soon call hers.

Less than five hours later, John passed away unexpectedly.

A mutual lender connected us shortly after. When we first met, I wasn’t even sure we’d see the house that day.

Instead, we toured the home, wrote an offer before sunset, and 28 days later she got the keys.

In Desiree’s words: “When trauma things happen, I push forward. Something good has to come out of it.”

To Desiree — your courage is the whole story.

And to John — she did it. She finished what you started.

Los Angeles County is showing slower sales and softer pricing conditions right now. More inventory, affordability pressure, higher mortgage rates, and homes priced too aggressively are causing properties to sit on the market longer.

As per usual, South Bay does its own thing thanks to our location, coastal demand, school districts, lifestyle appeal, and generally lower inventory in desirable neighborhoods. When a home is strategically priced, we’re still seeing multiple offers, so competition can still feel strong locally even if county-wide data looks slower.

Why South Bay? Because even when Los Angeles is slowing down, this market continues to stay strong.

Memorial Day weekend always feels like two things at once.

A long weekend…
and a reminder that the freedom we enjoy isn’t free.

It’s easy to get caught up in plans, travel, and time off, but today is really about remembering the people who made all of that possible.

, always. =)

Things I do as a Realtor that would sound unhinged in any other job 😂

Swipe through this post because I promise… when you really think about it, this job is kind of insane lol.

And somehow all of this becomes completely normal when helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives =)

Whatcha up to tomorrow? Come visit me at this Open House this Sat!

I personally think this part of Lomita is a hidden gem. All the perks of Torrance, without the price tag, and this SFR home just dropped to $1,199,000.

4 bedrooms, gorgeous hardwood floors, a bright open layout, updated kitchen with quartz countertops, and a primary bathroom that gives little “mini spa day” energy. The backyard is a real one (haha), the kind that you can have friends over, kids running around, Costco snacks on the patio!

Wanna see more of this home aside from this one picture? Come hang out, take a look, and tell me what stops you from wanting this place. =)

MYTH: The highest offer always wins.

I recently helped a family get a home here in the South Bay… and they weren’t the top number.

WHAT ACTUALLY WINS:
Offers that feel solid and low-stress to the sellers.

✔️ Clean terms
✔️ Good communication
✔️ Flexible timing
✔️ No unnecessary drama or overcomplicating things

Because sellers are human too. A lot of them are juggling kids, work, moves, aging parents, school schedules… sometimes even a major life event or loss that’s triggering the move in the first place.

Sometimes the highest offer also comes with the biggest headache attached to it. You don’t want to be that offer.

A strong offer is really about positioning and strategy — understanding what matters most to the seller and making the entire process feel smoother and more certain from the start.

We also remind our sellers: it doesn’t matter how high the offer is if it doesn’t close.

Especially here in the South Bay, where relationships and communication still matter more than people think.

Motherhood is such a strange job.

You’re somehow simultaneously:
Snack B*tch
Head of FBI for missing stuffed animals
Emotional support human (or one to help identify the emotion)
Sleep-deprived crisis manager
Unpaid Uber driver
Unpaid Instacart shopper
Unpaid private chef
Unpaid housekeeper (ok ok I'll stop)...and the person everyone screams for from the bathroom.

And yet… somewhere in the chaos, the ordinary moments become the ones that matter most.

Becoming a mom has made me see my own mom differently too.
Not perfectly. Not magically. But more fully.
We all do the best that we can.

And if your relationship with motherhood — or with your own mother — feels complicated, I think there’s space for that today too. Love doesn’t always look like a Hallmark card. Sometimes it looks like trying again. Sometimes it looks like boundaries. Sometimes it looks like showing up anyway.

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms, grandmas, stepmoms, chosen moms, furmoms, adopted moms, exhausted moms, healing moms, and the women quietly holding everything together while pretending they’re “fine.” 🤍

Some agents will tell you what you want to hear just to keep things moving.

I won’t.

If the house is overpriced, I’ll let you know there’s an opportunity.

If the layout doesn’t make sense for your life, I’ll point it out.

If it looks good in photos but won’t hold up in real life… we’re not doing it.

Because this isn’t about closing a deal.

It’s about making sure you don’t regret the one you chose.

No pressure. No fluff. Just real guidance so you can make a smart move.

And yeah… sometimes that means I talk you out of buying.

That’s literally the job AND simply the right thing to do.
