A great coffee meeting with Mike, a lender I’ve had the pleasure of working with for the past year. ☕️ Mike has also been doing this for 24 years, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to every conversation and deal.

Over the past year, we’ve been able to work together to help a friend and investor access a HELOC on two of his properties. He used those funds to help build and grow a business he’s currently putting together; while his existing loan rates on those properties remained unchanged.
