Congratulations to and on purchasing their first home!! It was so cool to see them rely on God to provide this amazing opportunity. Interest rates dropped at just the right time and we were able to get a big credit from the seller to lower their interest rate even further for the first 2 years. I’m so proud of them for taking this leap of faith, and I’m thankful to have been a part of it! Congrats!!

📈 September 2022 Market Update!

As interest rates continued to increase, we saw home prices dip a little more last month. I don’t believe a crash is coming! I think the lower prices are temporary until rates start to decrease. Check out the data and let me know if you have any questions!

🏡 August Market Update!

Last month we saw another increase in average days on the market in most areas. We are in a much more balanced market than the beginning of the year. That means that homes that show well and priced right are still selling, but homes that are priced too high or maybe on a busy street of have a unique floor plan might take a little bit longer to sell.

How does this affect you?

This is providing more opportunities for buyers right now. So if you are considering buying a home, take advantage of this balanced market! I think that we will see more competition again once interest rates do decrease. Reach out if you have any questions!!

🏠 July 2022 Market Report! 📊

The market has shifted a lot over the past month. In many cities, we are seeing an increase in inventory and an increase in days on the market. Houses are not selling as quickly as they were earlier this year. This has caused a slight decrease in the median list price in some areas.

As a result, this has provided some good opportunities for buyers. If you’ve been wanting to purchase a home but were waiting for the market to “cool down,” now might be the time!

The beginning of this week was a little rough, but finished the week off by closing 2 deals! And this house in Whittier was extra special since it was for family. They reached out to me on 3/22 to tell me they wanted to buy a house. Within one week we found a great home and got their offer accepted (which was not easy since we had to compete against 30+ offers)! And thanks to we were able to close in 14 days and they became homeowners only 23 days after making the decision to buy! Special thanks to for being great to work with!
