LOCALLY KNOWN. GLOBALLY CONNECTED. NEW JERSEY LICENSED REALTOR. Representing lakefront homes and unique estates throughout northern New Jersey. Karen received her NJ Real Estate License in 2006. A multi-award winning marketer, in her first year she earned the title of "Rookie of the Year" for achieving outstanding sales. For many years she worked at the corporate level as a Senior Marketing Manager overseeing the luxury home divisions for two international real estate companies, Coldwell Banker and Burgdorff ERA Real Estate. She was instrumental in implementing several unique global marketing programs still in effect today, as well as the creation of Burgdorff's Lake Home and Hispanic website divisions. Karen's professional training and years of digital and traditional marketing experience has provided her with a strong understanding of the nuances in the residential marketplace. She attributes her success as a Realtor and luxury marketer not only from her hard work and experience, but also to the long lasting personal relationships that she has developed with her clients over the years. Karen believes in a strong work ethic, honesty, integrity, professionalism and customer service. She provides her clients with the knowledge and expertise needed to make informed decisions on one of the most important purchases of their life.
