rocess - from contract to closing. This involves managing paperwork, timelines, and communication to ensure a seamless experience. Acting as the central point of contact between agents, clients, lenders and attorneys, I prioritize accuracy, compliance, and efficiency to help every deal close smoothly and on time. Known for my personable and caring nature, I bring enthusiasm, organization, and genuine dedication to every relationship she builds. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Doctoral degrees in Biological Chemistry from the University of Toronto. My background in post-doctoral scientific research, teaching, customer service, and health-focused Q&A blogs has shaped my analytical mindset and commitment to clear communication. The precision and dedication I developed in research translate naturally into my detail-oriented, client-focused approach to real estate. Carla is fluent in English and Italian, with working knowledge of French and Spanish. Outside of real estate, I stay active in my community through science and math education initiatives. I enjoy visiting and traveling with my Canadian and Italian families.
