Hello Towanda!
We are a management company completing our first house in this market. We are getting a feel for rates in town and will start with this listing in Towanda groups first.
Our local guys are finishing up a fresh update on a quiet private lot and ready to start showing.
This $800 a month unit has two beds, one bath and laundry hook ups wtih new windows, wall unit climate control provided, new floor, paint, new bathroom, detached garage and mowing included. Tenent is responsible for utilities. Stove and fridge are not provided but can be added for an increased monthly fee.
No background or credit check. No pets deposit or fees. Deposit is $800, must have a gross income of $3,000 per month.
