Another great lakeside transformation is complete!

This property is now safer from fire hazards and falling trees, with healthier forest growth, a drier landscape, and an even better view of the lake.

Another project in the books, this was a fun project.
1) Restore yard to rock break
2) Concrete work
3) Shed relocation
4) Tree clean up and removal,
5 and yard restoration…. Can’t wait to see this with grass again.

On Thursday, we made our rounds and cleaned up all of our road signs to help them stand out and keep everything looking professional and well-maintained.

This morning, while driving between Tower and Mehelich Point Road, we noticed that every RCA Property Management sign in that area had been removed. Not only were the signs gone, but the steel frames were taken as well.

So, here’s a little incentive: if anyone sees someone picking up our signs, we’ll gladly provide a $350 gift certificate or credit to a local Lake Vermilion area business for information that helps identify the vehicle involved.

For reference, our vehicles are clearly marked with RCA Property Management logos and emblems.

It’s a little flattering that someone likes our signs enough to take them, but there’s really no need—if you’d like one, just stop by the house and we’ll gladly give you a brand-new sign.

I’ve attached a photo of the sign, along with photos showing what we found at the locations we cleaned up on Thursday.

As always, we appreciate everyone keeping an eye out and helping support local businesses.

We are lucky enough to have some great customers that allow us to make the best of there properties!! Playing around with grass lengths and cut times sure can make for some good looking lawns. Considering the lack of rain and immense amount of heat this is one heck of a nice lawn.
