In May 2024, Maryland home prices increased by 6.0% compared to the previous year, with a median price of $447,200.

However, the number of homes sold decreased by 2.1% year-over-year, with 6,505 homes sold in May this year, down from 6,645 homes sold in May last year.

Additionally, the median days on the market rose to 23 days, up by 4 days compared to last year.
