RESCUED! Russ in Parkville, MD

Russ is just one of those stand-up guys who wants to take care of his family. His brother wanted to live in the family home, and to do so, Russ took out a loan for his brother.

When his brother died unexpectantly, Russ was now on the hook to pay not only all his payments and bills but this mortgage as well which he couldn’t do.

He was honorable and didn’t want a foreclosure for him or the bank.

It just so happened that with the condition of the house, the loan was higher than the house was worth!

Russ called us to start the process of working directly with the bank on his behalf. We coordinated all the inspections, appraisals, and mounds of paperwork for Russ to complete and return.

This lender was willing to accept less than what was owed to satisfy the loan and not take it to foreclosure. Everyone was pleased with the workout and Russ was able to reset and move on.
