It's amazing, we hear so much about things picking up but there are still a lot of people suffering, I went to the latest NOD listings this week and it is huge, The problem is that there are many loans that are just now being re adjusted according to the original contract that gave a few years of lower payments and interest and many just cannot handle the increases. This is such a great Country to live in and yet since I came here with my wife and family in 1978 from the UK it has done a complete 180 and frankly I see little light in the tunnel to say it is going to get better yet!
