Important!!

We have been informed by a local Realtor of scams regarding rental properties. Nefarious scoundrels are posting pictures of homes in Tracy and listing them as available “for rent,” although they have no real relationship to the property.

It is recommended you pay no more than an application fee before visiting a rental property. DO NOT pay any rent or deposits! If you can’t get in to take a look at the property, it is likely a scam.

Congratulations to the Kelley family for saying No More to Renting and Yes to being homeowners!

They came to me about 2 months ago as they had received notice they had 60 days to be out of their “home” they had lived in for last few years. They were tired of moving place to place and decided it was time to take charge of that situation and no longer be in a position where they were given 60 days to move out. They are now the proud owners of a great home and no longer have live in fear of receiving those type of notices any longer!
