Touring multiple homes for a buyer is an adventure. You get to discover what your clients like and don’t like, they get to speak their mind and I always ask my clients to speak out loud what they think of the house, I do.

You need to have clarity on the goals you have with each client, because if they don’t buy into what you are telling them, they won’t trust you.

Touring homes either my client in Hayward, Ca. Townhouse with all the bedrooms on the top floor. Not my ideal floor plan but here is my likes and dislikes:

👎🏾 Rooms on the top floor means a lot of stairs.
👎🏾 Older folks would have a hard time.
👎🏾 No yard.

👍🏾 Larger floor plan.
👍🏾 Safety, all rooms on the top.
👍🏾 Privacy, entertaining area completely separated from sleeping quarters.
