Sometimes I will tell a buyer to wait.
Yes. A Realtor just said that. ๐โค๏ธ
Because my job isn't to find a way to convince every person I meet to buy a house.
Sometimes we sit down, talk about what you want, look at the market, look at your timing, and bring your lender into the conversation when we need the financing numbersโฆ
โฆand the answer is: Not yet.
I'm okay with that.
But here's what I don't want for you: I don't want you sitting on the sidelines for a year simply because everyone around you keeps saying, โWait for rates,โ โWait for prices,โ or โWait for the market.โ
Wait for what? Let's give your waiting a purpose.
Maybe you're waiting until you save more, your job situation changes, or a certain type of home becomes available. Those are actual reasons.
โI'm just waiting for everything to get betterโ isn't much of a plan.
What matters most is that when you finally make your move, you understand why you're making it and feel good about the decision for your family.
If you're stuck between buy and wait, DM me PLAN. We can talk it throughโno pressure to choose either one.
